General Terms and Conditions for Apartment Barbera

General: These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings, reservations, and agreements made between the guests and Apartment Barbera. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.

Reservations

- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.

- All reservations are only considered final once confirmed by Apartment Barbera, either in writing or by email.

- A prepayment or a deposit is required for a reservation, unless otherwise agreed. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of the stay.

Rates

- The rates include made-up beds, towels, and kitchen towels. Final cleaning is standard and a fee of €35 will be charged for this.

- Breakfast can be ordered separately.

- Rates do not include the cost of cancellation or travel insurance and/or any other additional fees.

Payments

- Payment must be made in full before departure.

-Accepted payment methods are cash, debit card, mobile payment, or credit card.

Arrival and Departure

- Guests can check in from 3:00 PM (early check-in can be arranged upon request).

- The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure (late check-out can be arranged upon request. An additional fee may be charged for late check-out, depending on availability).

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

- Apartment Barbera reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time.

-Changes apply to new reservations made after the change.
