Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy:

-Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge.

- For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- For cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- In case of cancellation and/or no-show on the arrival date, the entire cost of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- No refunds will be provided for early departures.

- If a deposit has been paid by the guest, it will be refunded proportionally according to the above policy by the owner. After discussion, the agreed amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
